In a three-part series, we will explore the potential and possibility that each of these questions provides. You can choose one or choose all three.
FLOW and ALIGN Friday, April 27th from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.:
An all-level practice with a focus on proper alignment within the flow. This will include proper position and placement of feet, arms, and torso and the multiple ways to engage the core to provide strength and stability.
STAY OR PLAY Friday, May 3rd from 5:30- 7:00 p.m.:
An all-levels flow practice where we will investigate the various options of
movements and postures to “play” around with including – arm balances, lunges, and stretches as well as the options and benefits of “staying”.
SCALE UP OR SCALE DOWN Friday, May 10th from 5:30- 7:00 p.m.:
An all-levels flow practice that will include ways to deepen into postures in ways that allow you to energize your practice whether you are working more intensely or moderately.
