Slow Flow to Yin:
This slow paced, moderately heated class begins with a slow and steady flow to build strength, flexibility, and balance. As the class progresses, the pace gradually softens, leading into floor-based yin-inspired stretches that offer deep release and relaxation.
Emphasis is placed on alignment, making this an excellent class for newcomers to Gratitude as well as for intermediate students looking to deepen their understanding of yoga. Music may be part of the class experience, and hands-on assists or adjustments may be offered.

Gentle Flow:
A slow, calming class designed to soothe the body and quiet the mind. Gentle Flow offers mindful movement, breath awareness, and accessible postures to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support relaxation.
While all yoga is suitable for beginners, this class will challenge all levels. Class may include light music and hands-on assists to enhance comfort and connection.
Yin:
This slow-paced, moderately heated class invites you to slow down and turn inward. Using floor-based, Yin-inspired postures held for longer periods, the practice targets deep connective tissues to release stored tension and improve mobility.
Yin is as much about the mind as the body. With an emphasis on stillness, breath, and alignment, this class encourages emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to your inner landscape. It’s a powerful complement to more active practices, offering space to observe, feel, and simply be.
Ideal for both newcomers to Gratitude and seasoned practitioners. Music may be part of the experience, and hands-on assists or adjustments may be offered.
