Our monthly Community Class is an open invitation—to move, breathe, and practice together in a supportive and welcoming space. These classes are offered as a way to build connection, lower barriers to entry, and share the benefits of yoga with the wider community.
Community Classes are especially for those who may be curious about yoga but unsure where to begin. Whether you’ve never practiced before, are returning after time away, or simply want a relaxed, accessible experience, you are welcome here. No expectations, no prior experience required—just a willingness to show up as you are.
At Gratitude, we believe yoga is more than a physical practice. It’s a way to connect—to your body, your breath, and to the people around you. Practicing together creates shared experience, trust, and a sense of belonging that extends beyond the mat.
These classes are offered regularly as a reflection of our commitment to community, accessibility, and growth. Come practice, bring a friend, meet new people, and be part of something rooted in presence and connection.
All levels are welcome. Mats and towels are provided.
Cost: Donation based

This is a donation-based class to support the Falmouth Service Center.

Fire & Ice Challenge

This annual event is a chance to step into something simple, powerful, and a little bit bold.
Carrie will lead a 60-minute practice from 12:30–1:30pm—a strong, steady flow to build heat, focus, and connection.
Then we shift.
At 2:00pm, we head down to Falmouth Heights Beach for an ocean plunge—a chance to wake up the body, clear the mind, and step into the edge together.
Here’s where it gets interesting…
Participants can get sponsored for the plunge.
Friends, family, or fellow students can donate to support you—and even pledge based on how long you stay in the water.
A little longer… a little more impact.
You can come for the class, the plunge, or both.
This is about showing up—for yourself, for the community, and for those who could use a little extra support right now.
Give what you can.
Stay as long as you’re able.
Bring someone along.
Let’s move, breathe, and step into it together.
