Inferno hot pilates is coming to Falmouth!

ciclWe are excited to be offering Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) Teacher Training in Falmouth! 

Inferno Hot Pilates is a low-impact, high-intensity, interval training class based on Pilates principles, and students LOVE IT!

By the end of the training, you'll be on your way to leading your own IHP classes!

Not interested in teaching but want to learn more about pilates principles, core work, and level up your practice? 

We encourage you to join as well. 

The cost of the training is $799. 

We have a limited number of spots available. 

Here is the proposed weekend schedule:

Friday November 7th:

• 4:00pm arrive - 
• 4:30pm-5:30pm class
• 5:45-8:00 pm  -  

Saturday November 8th:

• 9:00-11:30am Session
• Noon class at the studi
• 1:00-2:00pm LUNCH break
• 2:00- 8:00pm Session

Sunday November 9th:

• 9:00am arrive 
• 9:00-11:30 am Session
• 12:00 noon - Class at the studio
• 1:00-2:00pm LUNCH break
• 2:00-8:00pm Session
