In a world that never stops, meditation is a quiet revolution—a chance to return to yourself, moment by moment. This meditation series is an invitation to step out of the noise, release the overwhelm, and practice rooting into the steady ground that’s always our foundation.

Whether you’ve never meditated before or you’ve struggled to stay consistent, this series is for you. Together, we’ll build a strong, simple foundation for a lifelong practice of mindfulness, clarity, and inner strength..

🧭  Upcoming Schedule

☀️ Morning Zoom Meditation (7:00–7:30am)

Start your day aligned, grounded, and present. A zoom link will be sent each morning before the start of the live meditation. After the meditation the recording will be sent so you can participate when it is convenient for you.

🌙 Yoga Nidra Evenings (In-Studio, 6:00–7:00pm)

A deeply restful guided meditation to reset the nervous system, support healing, and restore inner balance (optional).

🌄 Mondays at The Heights – Sunrise Meditation (7am, weather permitting)

An early morning outdoor practice to connect breath, body, and nature before the day begins.
