- Friday, September 20th from 5:30-7 p.m. - Integration, coming to your mat and sun salutations. For many, 'landing' in their bodies and coming out of their mind is the most challenging thing for them. Bryan will break down what we call 'The Integration Phase' and clarify the 'how to' of landing on the yoga mat. Through Q&A, group dynamics, and demonstration, you'll gain clarity around the intention and purpose of The Integration Phase and have the tools to continually apply them each time you step onto your yoga mat. - Friday, September 27th from 5:30- 7:00 p.m. - The Body of Work Part I. The body of work is comprised of the four 'primary standing' yoga postures: Crescent lunge, Warrior II, Triangle, and Extended Wide Leg Forward Fold. In this session, Bryan will deliver universal principles of alignment and offer what we call 'scaling-up and scaling down' options for you get the most out of The Body of Work phase of the class. - Friday, October 11th from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. - The Body of Work Part II. Because The Body of Work is the largest phase in a Gratitude yoga class, we've broken it down into 2 sessions. In this session, Bryan will introduce ways for the student to level up their standing postures as well as delve into balancing and offer strategies and resources to help achieve deeper stillness in balance. - Friday, October 25th, from 5:30- 7:00 p.m. - Back bending and inversions and how to utilize props. In the final workshop of the series, expect to learn how to safely enter into the myriad of back-bending postures to access the heart chakra.
