Join me for a weekend yoga workshop that'll literally grow you from the ground up:

Do you consider yourself a Raw beginner? 

We'll start with "which end is up" and work our way to "holy wow, I'm actually doing yoga!" No pretzel poses required - just you, your breath, and maybe a sense of humor about wobbling.

How about Intermediate Practitioners? 

Time to stop doing that thing where you think you're in warrior two but you're actually doing interpretive dance. Let's refine what you know and discover what you didn't know you didn't know.

Would you call yourself an Advanced Practitioner?

Ready to reach for those new heights? Whether it's finally nailing that pose that's been taunting you or going so deep into the fundamentals that you discover they're actually the advanced practice. 

(Plot twist: they always were.)

THE DETAILS:

• Friday group practice from 4:15-5:15 p.m. then 5:30-7 p.m. with the participants for: Foundation Setting (aka "Breathe") 
• Saturday 12:30- 4 pm: Growth Mode (aka "What are roots")
• Sunday 12:30-4pm: Integration (aka "Let's Fly!") 

Because whether you're just learning to stand on your own two feet or ready to stand on your hands, we all need deeper roots to reach new heights.
