Whether you’ve been practicing for years or are just starting to explore yoga, Reach for New Heights invites you to grow—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Led by Bryan Jesienski, this three-part series takes you through the familiar structure of our signature classes—while allowing space to slow down, ask questions, and explore each phase of the practice with deeper intention. You’ll be part of a small, supportive group of students looking to connect more fully with themselves and with others.
Expect thoughtful guidance, hands-on coaching, meaningful reflection, and a shared journey through yoga that inspires growth on and off the mat.

June 6 – Integration
Coming to Your Mat & Sun Salutations
Build the foundation: We’ll ground into presence, explore intention-setting, and break down the sun salutations that set the tone for every practice.
June 13 – Balance & Strength
The Body of Work
We’ll focus on standing and balancing postures—building strength, awareness, and the courage to meet yourself honestly on the mat.
June 20 – Elevate & Release
Backbends, Inversions, Finishing, & Savasana
Learn how to safely approach backbends and inversions while honoring your edge. Then, wind down with finishing postures and a well-earned savasana to integrate the full journey.
